League Meeting
Tuesday, June 10, 2008 - 7:00 P.M.
First Assembly Church (next to the Plainfield Post Office)

This will be the last meeting prior to the start of the season.
Equipment pick-up will be done at this meeting.

 
 
Team Waiver Form
 Every player must sign the team waiver before playing in any games.  Coaches are responsible for ensuring the team waiver form is brought to every game and reviewed by the opposing coach prior to each game.  Players can not sign the waiver and play after the game has started.  Any infraction of these waiver rules will result in the offending team forfeiting the game.  There will be no warnings given nor "gentlemen's agreements" allowed around the waiver requirements.
